As a leading structural concrete contractor with over 50 years of experience, we specialize in tilt-up, vertical, and specialty concrete services for commercial projects. Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for commercial construction projects
• Assist with pre-construction activities, including submittals and scope development
• Collaborate with project teams on structural design and building construction

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction estimating
• Proficiency in Bluebeam software for project controls
• Ability to develop accurate bids and manage project budgets
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Bluebeam Revu software
• Previous experience with preconstruction activities

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $58,550 to $96,670, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, holiday pay, and paid time off.
