- Location:Marion, NC OR Round Lake, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
- Duration: 6 month Contract with possible extension
- Schedule: Normal Business Hours
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, supporting recruiters and hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will be able to manage high volumes of requests, prioritize effectively, and communicate professionally with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
- Manage high-volume calendar scheduling for recruiters and hiring managers
- Support candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process
- Arrange interview logistics including meeting rooms, travel, and scheduling confirmations
- Assist with offer letters, employment agreements, and candidate assessments
- Provide system and administrative support related to recruiting processes
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Review requisitions for accuracy and assist with recruiter allocation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition
Required Skills:
- Experience with calendar management and interview scheduling
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or Recruiting teams
- Familiarity with Outlook, SharePoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience using Outlook templates and shared document systems
- Exposure to Workday Recruiting or similar recruiting tools
- Human Resources experience preferred
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree not required
- 1+ year of scheduling or coordination experience preferred
- Internship, part-time scheduling experience, or recent graduates with interest in HR are encouraged to apply
