Nutrition Consultant for Sponsored Chicory Statement (One‑Time Project)

Short Overview
We’re a small Utah-based beverage brand looking for a nutrition professional to try our chicory root beverage (concentrate), then provide a short, honest sponsored statement (with headshot) that we can feature on our website and in our ads. This is a onetime, remote project with a flat fee plus free product.                                                                                                                       
About Us
Vallee de Galene is a chicory beverage company focused on helping people keep the coffee ritual with less caffeine and more flexibility. We produce a chicory root concentrate that can be used hot or iced, at home or on the go.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a nutrition specialist (nutritionist, nutrition coach, or dietitian) who is comfortable:

• Trying our chicory products.

• Providing a sponsored expert statement about chicory as a coffee alternative in general and about your experience with our product specifically.

• Allowing us to use your name, credentials, and headshot alongside your statement on our brand channels in perpetuity.

You are not required to post anything on your own social media. This is strictly for our website and ads.

How We’ll Use Your Statement

With your written permission, we will:

• Display your quote, name, credentials, and headshot on our website and landing pages.

• Use the same materials in our own paid ads and email marketing.

• Clearly label your quote as a sponsored / paid partnership.

We are looking for perpetual rights to use your testimonial and image to promote Vallee de Galene and its chicorybased products.
 

Ideal Candidate

• Background as a nutritionist, nutrition coach, or registered dietitian/nutritionist.

• Comfortable giving a sponsored statement that reflects your honest opinion and experience.

• Familiar with or open to chicory, coffee alternatives, or functional beverages.

• Clear, downtoearth communication style.

Compensation

• Onetime flat project fee: to be agreed based on experience.

• Free product shipment (our chicory drink and concentrate) for you to try.

• Simple, short contract confirming deliverables and our right to use your name, image, and statement on our channels in perpetuity.
