Lead remodeler

We're a growing remodeling company in Myrtle Beach looking for a skilled Lead Remodeler to join our team. You'll work alongside our crew on kitchen and bathroom remodels, but we need someone who brings the knowledge and hands-on expertise to drive the work forward. If you can walk onto a job site and know exactly what needs to happen — and how to make it happen — you're who we're looking for.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Work as a key team member on full kitchen and bathroom remodels from demo to final finish

Install tile, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, vanities, and trim work

Perform framing, drywall, and basic rough-in as needed

Help guide the flow of work on the job site alongside ownership and crew

Manage materials and communicate supply needs ahead of time

Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times

Represent the company professionally in client homes

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on remodeling experience — kitchens and bathrooms specifically

Deep knowledge across multiple trades: tile, carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and finish work

Basic plumbing and electrical rough-in knowledge is a strong plus

Someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Dependable, professional, and a team player

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

30 min paid lunch break

40 hours per week, consistent schedule

Compensation

$22 - $28 an hour depending on skill.
