Cardiology Veterinary Technician – Cardiology

Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) is expanding our Cardiology Department fall of 2026, and we’re looking for a Cardiology Veterinary Technician to grow with us. Starting now, there’s also the option to work in other departments until the cardiology expansion is underway, so you can get to know our hospital, our teams, and our culture right away.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside our cardiology specialists to provide outstanding patient care and diagnostic support, including:

• Advanced nursing care for hospitalized and outpatient patients
• Clear, compassionate client education and communication
• Assisting with cardiology diagnostics (echocardiograms, ECG monitoring, etc.)
• Anesthesia monitoring and procedural support
• Long-term care support for chronic cardiac patients
• Processing lab samples and maintaining accurate medical records

What We’re Looking For

• CVT/RVT/LVT (or eligible and willing to obtain within 6 months)
• Specialty experience is a plus; strong advanced clinical skills and a growth mindset matter most
• A team-first, kind communicator who enjoys collaborating across departments
• A commitment to gold-standard medicine and continuous learning

Schedule and Compensation

• The schedule is from Monday through Friday, with a shared holiday rotation. 
• Pay range is $22-$32/hr, based on experience, expertise, and equity. Most new hires can expect an offer between the minimum and midpoint of the range. 
• Up to $2500 sign-on bonus
