Specialty: Cardiac Anesthesiologist
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level I Trauma Center.
Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC ongoing. 10 or 12-hr shifts between Monday-Friday
Support Staff/Supervision: 1 Anesthesiologist:3 CRNA or 1 Anesthesiologist:4 CRNA. Mainly supervisory but Anesthesiologist's should have some opportunities to work their own cases.
Case Mix: Cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery, TAVR, CABG, MitraClip
Avg # of Surgical Cases Per Month:
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Active NC License: Prefer active NC license upon submission
Certifications: Must be BC or TBE, and must be TEE certified, ACLS, BLS, and DEA
Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: YesThe Independence Difference:
