- Patient Population: Adult oncology and hematology patients
- Setting: Community-based hospital and outpatient cancer center (clinic + inpatient consults)
- Responsibilities: Outpatient clinic coverage, inpatient consultations, shared call coverage, collaboration with oncology team across multiple locations
- Required Procedures: Medical oncology and hematology management
- EMR System: TBD
- Support Staff: 4 Oncologists, 2 Nurse Practitioners, hospitalist inpatient support
- Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: Shared call
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology
- Iowa and Illinois licenses (or willing to obtain)
- NPDB Self Query Report and DEA/CSR (or able to obtain)
