Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks

Required Skills:

• Strong background in construction management
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Experience with preventive maintenance and general repair
• Ability to estimate project costs and timelines accurately
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Commercial Construction

Nice to Have Skills:

• OSHA certification
• Experience with engineering and distribution systems
• Background in quality control and inspections

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $200,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
