Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, requests, and concerns.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, management, and hotel staff.
• Inspect guest rooms after housekeeping has completed cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and schedule daily room assignments for housekeeping staff.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate room status updates to relevant departments.
• Support hotel operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
