About the role

We're a well-established commercial insurance brokerage looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join our service team. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of client account management — keeping policies current, communication flowing, and files in order.

What you'll do

• Manage policy documents, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and invoices
• Prepare written correspondence and process MVRs and ID cards
• Update and maintain client account information with accuracy
• Track follow-up items using a diary/activity system
• Organize and maintain electronic files and records
• Communicate proactively with team members and service partners
• Contribute to team projects and take on additional duties as needed

What you bring

• Valid state-issued Property & Casualty Insurance license(required)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities accurately and on time
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfort with basic accounting concepts — fractions, pro-rata, percentages, and decimals
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Applied Epic program
• Typing speed of 45–50 wpm
• Professional, collaborative approach with coworkers, carriers, and vendors
• A dependable work ethic and career-focused mindset
