First Shift Tuesday through Saturday 7am to 330pm

Job Summary:
Support the day to day maintenance operation of a healthcare facility. Perform building maintenance HVAC support and general repairs to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building and equipment repairs
• Complete routine inspections and record equipment readings
• Replace HVAC air filters as scheduled
• Monitor building safety and security
• Report repair needs and equipment issues
• Assist with emergency response and service calls
• Coordinate repairs with staff vendors and other departments
• Maintain mechanical areas tools and supplies
• Document completed work and follow department procedures
• Support vendor work and quality standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver license required
• Two years maintenance or HVAC experience
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:

• $26 - $30 hourly
