Equity Trader

Red Project Management LLC is seeking an Equity Trader / Digital Asset Operations Specialist to support company initiatives involving digital assets, cryptocurrency procurement, financial operations, and strategic business development activities.

This role is suited for individuals with experience in trading environments, financial operations, crypto markets, market analysis, procurement coordination, or business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support procurement and coordination of digital assets and cryptocurrency-related transactions
• Monitor market activity, pricing trends, and financial opportunities across digital asset environments
• Assist with operational and financial structure development within the organization
• Coordinate transaction documentation, reporting, and internal operational processes
• Support leadership with strategic planning and business development initiatives
• Help maintain efficient workflows for financial and procurement-related projects

Qualifications:
• Background in trading, financial operations, cryptocurrency, fintech, procurement, or business development
• Understanding of digital asset ecosystems and market environments
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Excellent communication and operational coordination abilities
