Join Ladybird Bakery, a Brooklyn-based bakery known for its custom cakes, specialty cakes, cupcakes, pies, tarts, and seasonal baked goods. We are seeking a talented cake decorator to join our team and help create delicious and visually stunning treats for our customers.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Fill, frost, and decorate cakes using buttercream, ganache, cream cheese, and fudge ect...
• Create flavored buttercream fillings
• Understand color theory and how to mix colors

Required Skills:

• Experience in cake decorating
• Knowledge of buttercream, ganache, cream cheese, and fudge ect....
• Ability to create flavored buttercream fillings
• Understanding of color theory
• Attention to detail and creativity

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with fondant
• Knowledge of portion control
• Experience with dessert plating

Salary Range: $34,000 - $37,000 per year
