Mountain Air Mechanical, a NearU company in Arden, NC, is looking for skilled Residential HVAC Technicians to join our growing team! We’re committed to our people, their career growth, and maintaining a healthy worklife balance .

What You’ll Do

Diagnose & repair HVAC systems and components
Perform installations, replacements, and system upgrades
Complete routine maintenance on heating & cooling systems
Create accurate, onthespot repair estimates
Educate customers on system care and recommended repairs
Ensure work complies with local & national HVAC codes
Mentor and support junior technicians 
Communicate clearly to deliver toptier customer satisfaction 
Complete service documentation and assigned tasks

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience
EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs 
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics & outdoor environments

Strong communication & customerfirst mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude with a drive to learn & grow

Base pay: $28–$35+ per hour

Requirements
