Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper plate presentation and food preparation
• Execute various cooking techniques such as pasta, scratch cooking, knife skills, and more
• Work on the line to cook and assemble dishes efficiently during service
• Monitor portion control and maintain food quality throughout the cooking process

Required Skills:

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Experience with grilling, broiling, sautéing, and other cooking methods
• Knowledge of menu planning, sauce making, and pastry making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with wok cooking, batch cooking, and a la carte service
• Familiarity with salad, soup, and fryer stations

Salary Range: $32,000 - $42,000 annually
