Top Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment & Sales: Evaluate clients' financial situations to create and sell personalized life insurance and retirement plans.
• Client Education: Simplify complex insurance concepts and show clients how wealth and health are connected to help them feel secure about their financial future.
• Business Development: Expand your client base by networking, making cold calls, and getting referrals.
• Client Retention & Service: Keep in touch with clients, review policies regularly, and help them adjust their financial plans as needed.
• Goal Achievement: Meet sales and performance goals outlined in your marketing plan, reporting to a Managing Director or Associate Director.

Required Skills:

• Licensing: Obtain the necessary Life, Health, and Accident insurance licenses for your state.
• Soft Skills: Build trust and relationships with clients using strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
