Garage Grill in Draper, UT is looking for a Chef to add to our Team!

Garage Grill is a fun car-themed restaurant that is high-volume and open seven (7) days per week. We serve a variety of comfort American food and sushi!

Our Chef is in direct supervision of our BOH Culinary Staff, food production, scheduling, ordering and maintaining our quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of experience in a high-volume restaurant as a Chef / Sous Chef
• Experience with Ordering
• Capable of training staff (Line Cooks and Prep Cooks)
• Must be able to Speak, Write, and Read in Engish
• Possess great time management skills
• Understand various cooking methods, equipment, ingredients, and procedures
• Speed and Accuracy in handling restaurant needs as they arise

Salary DOE but to start is usually between $58K to 65K/year based on experience and is negotiable.

Garage Grill offers partially-paid Health Insurance after thirty (30) days of Full-Time Employment. (Dental and supplemental insurance coverage are also available at time of enrollment.)
