Schedule

This position offers a set 4-day workweek, working Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts, giving you a consistent schedule and a 3-day weekend.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in providing a positive, professional, and efficient patient experience. This position supports daily clinic operations, including patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, insurance coordination, payment collection, and communication with prospective and current patients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide an exceptional patient experience during check-in and check-out
  • Assist patients with forms, paperwork, and required documentation
  • Verify medical insurance information and assist with patient balances
  • Collect payments, copays, and outstanding balances
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and support patient care coordination
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and in a timely manner
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective patients
  • Educate referred patients on CoreLife’s services, programs, and integrated care model
  • Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the clinic front office
  • Support clinic teammates and providers with daily administrative needs

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least one year of medical front office experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Familiarity with medical insurance, patient balances, and payment collection
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • A passion for helping patients improve their health and quality of life
