What You’ll Do

• Prepare and submit applications to state and federal agencies for the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure filings are accurate, compliant, and timely
• Develop expertise in New York and New Jersey Alcoholic Beverage Control laws and regulations
• Communicate directly with clients and government agencies, building strong professional relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing/management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Comfort working in a Windows-based environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence
