We are a high-performing, fast-paced independent insurance agency seeking a Client Success Representative with the ambition to build a long-term career in Property & Casualty insurance sales. This role is designed as an entry point into a producer career path, where you will develop the technical foundation, client relationship skills, and industry knowledge necessary to transition into a revenue-generating sales position.

Client Success Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing a high volume of inbound calls while identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and client value
- Support licensed producers by processing policy changes and preparing accounts for remarketing and renewal conversations
- Deliver exceptional client service while proactively uncovering potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Accurately enter and manage client data within quoting and CRM system
- Analyze policies and coverage details to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client needs
- Follow structured workflows while contributing ideas to improve efficiency and client experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- 0-2 years of Customer Service Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry, preferably in an independent agency.
- Active Property & Casualty license, or the aptitude and commitment to obtain licensure within the first 60 days of employment
- Demonstrates a strong interest in transitioning into a sales role, with a long-term career focus in the insurance industry
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze and review policies and contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client needs
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to confidently address concerns, provide guidance, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage and value
- Process-driven and disciplined in following established workflows, while also contributing thoughtful improvements to operational efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with a diverse client base
- Well-organized with strong follow-through and a results-oriented approach to task completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Proficient in Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Able to adapt and learn new, web based, computer software programs. Familiarity with EZLynx a plus.
Physical Demands
- Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a headset, and printer.
- Regular use of computer systems and phone calls, requiring prolonged screen time and phone conversations.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
