Construction Foreman

The Role
As a Construction Foreman, you will be the "boots on the ground" leader. You’ll translate drawings into action, manage crew performance, and ensure our structural concrete and formwork projects are built plumb, level, and straight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a crew, ensuring safety and production goals are met.
• Technical Execution: Set forms (bulkheads, walls, columns, piers, decks) and manage scaffolding systems.
• Precision: Navigate project drawings and manage elevation control using lasers and builder’s levels.
• Operations: Safely operate skid steers, telehandlers, and a variety of power tools.
• Safety: Set the standard for safety by leading Toolbox Talks and enforcing PPE compliance.

Baseline Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of related construction experience or training.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction build sequences and site layout.
• Certifications: Valid Driver’s License/ID and equipment certifications. OSHA 30 is preferred (we will train the right candidate).
• Availability: Ready for early starts and 5–6 day work weeks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions (dirt, dust, loud noise).
• Comfortable working at various heights and performing strenuous physical labor.
