Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. PTA candidates must hold an associate degree or credential appropriate for PTA practice.
  • Active California PT or PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Facility seeks clinicians with experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or geriatric populations.
  • Experience with documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid billing guidelines preferred.
  • Ability to provide licensed coverage as either 2 PTs or PTAs, or 1 of each, starting mid June. Candidates must be available for assignment start in mid June.

  • Shift Days: Monday through Friday
  • Shift Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
