Summary:
We are seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to support hiring operations by leading full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline, and improving recruitment processes. This role will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract top talent and support long-term workforce planning.

As a Senior HR Recruiter, You Will:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles, including high-volume hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured and behavioral interview techniques
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events and job fairs
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within ATS systems and generate hiring reports
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Negotiate offers and support successful candidate placement
  • Develop and implement internship programs to support future hiring needs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and labor regulations
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing or similar industries is a plus
