Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, transportation, and distribution operations
• Oversee warehouse management, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Develop and execute strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including carrier selection and freight negotiation
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and workplace safety regulations
• Track and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse team members
• Partner with internal teams including operations, procurement, and customer service
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party logistics providers

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management, supply chain, or transportation operations
• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and logistics software
• Experience with freight management, carrier negotiations, and route planning
• Understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and distribution strategy
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and safety compliance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
