Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our vibrant team. If you have 1-3 years of dental assisting experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as one of our dental assistants and the Ambassador of our practice with a "Ritz Carlton Style" attitude and customer service..
• Assist in all facets of general/surgical/implant dental assisting.
• Order supplies, restock operatories, and Manage lab/supply bill manage inventory.
• Support front office/admin with hygiene recare, insurance verification, and benefit breakdowns.
• Maintain detailed communication with the Dr. using daily task lists.
• Be adaptable and assist the team to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with Radiology and Nitrous Certifications.
• Self-motivated and organized with a detail-oriented, patient-pleasing attitude.
• Proficient in both front and back office protocols, including Dentrix functions.
• Strong leadership skills are a plus.
• 3 years of experience in dental assisting.

• 30-32 patient hours per week, 5 days per week (Mon-Thurs, Fri admin day, and one half Saturday per month).

• Mon: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 Hr lunch)
• Tue: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 Hr lunch)
• Wed: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Thu: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Fri: 8:00 AM-12 Admin day for catch-up
• 1 Sat/month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
