Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Producer to assist with daily agency operations and provide quality service to our clients. This role focuses on processing policy changes and payments, handling client requests, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the agency.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm insurance companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Selected candidates are expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage details, and premium explanations
Provide timely, friendly, and professional customer service
Assisting clients who have experienced damage to their home or car and explain claims handling
Policy Servicing
Process policy changes, documentation, and cancellation
Send out policy documents, certificates of insurance, and ID cards
Follow up with clients on missing information or required updates
Prepare quotes, applications, forms, and other documentation
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and notes in agency systems
Scan, file, and organize digital and physical records
Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Support compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulation
Manage social media accounts by scheduling and creating posts that follow the compliance guidelines
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, or insurance preferred
Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Excellent organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits
$18-25 Hourly, Plus Bonus/Commission. Bonus based on products sold to new clients with no minimum production limits.
