Recruiter

We are looking for an independant, high-energy, results-driven Recruiter in Lockbourne, Ohio. You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our frontline workforce (Forklift Drivers, Warehouse Associates, and Logistics staff). Your goal is to keep our pipelines full and our time-to-fill low.

salary: $26 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of candidates (50+ requisitions) simultaneously without letting the candidate experience slip.
  
  
• Creative Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, community partnerships, and grassroots marketing to find talent where they live and work.
  
  
• Screening & Selection: Conduct phone screens and coordinate group interviews or "hiring events" to move candidates through the funnel quickly.
  
  
• Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Warehouse Managers to understand shift needs and provide daily updates on headcount.
  
  
• Data Integrity: Maintain an organized ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure we have clean data for reporting on conversion rates and source effectiveness.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume industries (Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, or Manufacturing).
  
  
• Speed & Efficiency: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot quickly when hiring priorities change.
  
  
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms (simpleVMS) and high-volume tools like automated texting or AI scheduling.
  
  
• Communication: You’re a "people person" who can build rapport with candidates.
