This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
• Practice Setting: Clinic.
• Type of cases and required procedures: The provider will be seeing both inpatient and clinic patients. The provider will be doing initial consultations, reviewing and contacting patients after pathology results, medication management, inbox follow ups, and general Gastroenterology consultations. The provider will be doing inpatient rounding for the first two to two and half hours, the rest will be seeing clinic patients.
• Credentialing timeframe: 60+ Days.
• EMR: EPIC (Health Connect - Kaiser Permanente's version of EPIC).
• Certifications required: Active Board Certification and Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) is required.
• Licensure required: Must have an active California license.
