Join Our Team as a Landscaping Laborer!

Schultz Landscaping is seeking a dedicated Landscaping Laborer to join our family-owned company based in Enola, PA. As a Landscaping Laborer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to landscape maintenance, design, and installation services for residential and commercial clients throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Mulching flower beds
• Weeding garden areas
• Performing landscape maintenance tasks
• Assisting with landscape installation projects

Required Skills:

• Experience in landscape maintenance
• Knowledge of landscape installation techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of hardscape design
• Tree trimming and transplanting skills
• Spanish speaking
• Experience with snow removal

Technical Skills:

• Zero Turn Mowing
• Landscape Construction
• Laying Sod
• Edging
• Weed Eating

Salary:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $34,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.
