Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our busy dental clinic in O'Fallon, MO. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Details

• Patient Ages: 100% Pediatric
• Patient Volume: Average of 60 patients per day
• Types of Cases: Extractions, space maintainers, fillings, crowns
• Procedures: Mix of Extractions, space maintainers, fillings, crowns
• Support Staff: full front office staff including patient coordinators, treatment coordinators, financial coordinator, office manager, surgery coordinator. Back office has lead Das, hygienists, DAs and sterilization tech.
• EMR System: EagleSoft

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Hours: Mon-Fri and 1 Sat per month. Summer hours: 7-4pm Mon-Thur, 7-12:30 on Fri, 8-1pm on Sat.
• Call Requirements: Yes - currently have privileges at Mercy hospital
• Salary Range: TBD
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Candidate Requirements

• Active Missouri Dental License
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in restorative, preventive, and exam services
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
