Machine Operator – Metal Fac ade Panels
Location: South Columbus
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm Mon-Fri with OT as needed including Saturdays

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join an amazing team and contribute to the production of high-quality metal fac ade panels. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sheet metal forming machines to cut, bend, and weld sheet metal panels into architectural fac ades. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

• Safely load and operate machinery and tools.
• Perform startup and shutdown procedures for production lines.
• Operate press brakes to bend sheet metal parts.
• Use a TIG welder to secure bent sheet metal corners.
• Monitor machine programs to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Follow all company policies, including safety protocols.

1-3 years of experience operating press brakes, punch machines, or similar equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong applied math skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency with computers and machine programming.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Fluent in English (speaking and reading).

Experience working on a production line.
TIG welding experience.
Forklift certification.
Familiarity with Salvagnini machines.
CAD, and Solid Works

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally and 10 lbs. frequently .
• Work may involve sitting, walking, or standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Good vision is required for close work, distance viewing, and depth perception.
