This is a full-time, commission-only role. Unlimited earning potential; income dependent on effort, market and product mix.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Health and Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while selling health, life, Medicare, supplemental and small group insurance.

This role requires a strong understanding of insurance policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As an Insurance Agent at Main Line Benefits, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals, families and businesses secure their financial futures through tailored insurance solutions.

Agency Guarantee

Main Line Benefits will automatically issue a carrier release and will continue paying commissions on in-force business upon departure, provided any outstanding debit balance has been satisfied.

Requirements

  • Active Health and Life Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ethical sales mindset with customer-centered focus.
  • Coachable attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, finance, education and/or customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing client interactions and supporting our communities.
  • Proficient in analysis skills for evaluating client needs and market opportunities.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
