Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamicCVICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In thisroleyou willbe requiredto make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously.You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner

Whatyou will do in this role:

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacyand confidentiality

Instruct patients and familiesregardingmedications and treatment instructions

Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN licenserequired. Compact license holders have60 daysto obtain the Florida license after relocation.

BLS-AHA Provider issued cardrequiredwithin30 daysof start

1+years experienceasRN in acute care environmentis preferred

ACLSrequiredwithin 6 months of hire

BSN is preferred

CCRNa plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certificationrequiredwithin30 days.
