Requirements and Job Description:

Seeking an Instructional Designer/Developer to create Level 300 ("how do I do my job in NetSuite?”) eLearning courses for a client moving from Sage 100 to NetSuite as part of the "One Helix Way” transformation. The organization spans 30 divisions, 40 sites, 8 recent acquisitions, across businesses including sales and rentals, flagging and signage, traffic control, construction, and accident recovery.
You will convert existing documentation and SME knowledge into 30–90 minute Storyline courses for primarily office-based users, delivered and tracked in Dayforce.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop Level 300, task-based NetSuite training using Articulate Storyline.
• Build SCORM-compliant modules for Dayforce with an intro – demonstration – try it structure and in line quizzes.
• Use NetSuite sandbox to record demos and create guided practice and simulations.
• Leverage and refine ~150 existing work instructions, templates, and SME walkthroughs to create accurate, role based content.
• Produce 3–10 courses per workstream (3–10 hours of content), starting with customer order management, field services management, and three finance areas.
• Meet aggressive timelines, including an initial target of five Level 300 courses by early May, where feasible.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and the LMS team; perform QA and ensure SCORM tracking works in Dayforce.

Required Qualifications
• 3 years experience designing and developing software/system training.
• Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline and SCORM.
• Experience creating task-based, system "how to” eLearning with demos, try its, and quizzes.
• Ability to work from process docs, work instructions, and SME interviews.
• Strong writing, communication, and time management skills; comfortable with fast paced, multi module projects.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP training (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Preferred: Background in training for finance, order management, or field services.
• Preferred: Experience supporting large, multi site systems transformation programs.
