Estate, Trust and Probate Litigation Paralegal

Reminger Co., LPA is seeking a paralegal in the Columbus office for its Estate, Trust and Probate Litigation practice group. This is a hybrid position, offering remote work from home two days per week.

What We're Looking for:

• Familiarity or prior experience with probate, estate administration, guardianships, real estate, or litigation preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred but not required

What You'll Do:

• Assist attorneys in managing case files
• Prepare forms and applications for estate administration and guardianship files
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties
• Prepare and issue subpoenas and organize evidence produced
• Schedule meetings, maintain case calendars, file documents with the Court
