If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, love solving problems on the fly, and take pride in coordinating seamless operations between office and field teams, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
This individual is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the right materials and equipment are delivered to the jobsite on time every time to keep project moving forward in the best way possible. This requires:
- Overseeing warehouse operations including inventory management both in the warehouse and at the jobsites. Ensure that reusable materials are moved from jobsite to jobsite and/or back to the warehouse, as needed.
- Ongoing tracking and coordination with each jobsite to stay on top of their changing needs and making necessary adjustments as it relates to materials and equipment.
- Ongoing proactive communication and coordination with other departments both in the office and in the field.
- Scheduling drivers effectively and efficiently.
- Developing vendor relationships to control costs without compromising quality. Also, ensuring that orders will be delivered on time.
- Solving problems before they escalate.
- Optimizing systems, processes, procedures, and related documentation.
Must-Haves
- 3-5 years of related experience in the construction industry
