Experience: 2+ years of purchasing or inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Working Environment: Primarily office setting with frequent trips to the shop floor.
Physical Demands: Sitting/Standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 20lbs, extended periods of time using a computer screen & keyboard.
Travel Requirements: up to 10%
Required PPE: Check for required PPE in areas you may be working in
Safety Glasses: Needed in all areas of the plant
Steel to shoes: Needed in all areas of the plant

Job Summary:
- Support our manufacturing operations by managing the procurement of raw materials, production supplies, and services
- Being responsible for purchase order management, inventory control, supplier coordination, and supporting inventory reduction initiatives
- Working cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Accounting, and suppliers to ensure material availability and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant purchasing processes
- Maintain high inventory accuracy and integrity
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess/aged stock
- Maintain reliable, compliant supplier relationships
- Act as a reliable partner to Production Control, Purchasing, Operations and Finance.
Education & Experience:
