Lev Counseling, founded in 2008 and known for its elite mental health services, is seeking a Practice Operational Lead to oversee our digital ecosystem. Join us in our "Legacy 2.0" phase and help us modernize our systems to match the caliber of our clinical care.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration of our new Zencare Practice Management suite to automate the digital intake pipeline.
• Develop a seamless calendar system by synchronizing Zencare, Zocdoc, and Google for punctuality in daily operations.
• Manage inquiries with professionalism and warmth as the primary point of contact.
• Utilize YEXT Premium for reputation management, including managing listings and monitoring review alerts.
• Conduct an audit of the practice website and social media platforms for SEO and content updates.
• Handle professional inquiries, insurance verifications, and billing with attention to detail.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in Tech/Operations.
• Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in manual systems with automated solutions.
• Healthcare Administration knowledge.
• Patient Satisfaction and Care Coordination expertise.
• Experience in Clinical Operations and Medical Practice Management.
• Patient Access
• Insurance Authorization
• Patient Registration
• Education: High School Diploma required; current college students or those wth equivalent technical 'real-world' experience are encouraged to apply. No degree is required for this role

Compensation and Perks:

Salary Range: $25-45 per hour
