Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist - James Operational Excellence Department: James | Operational Excellence

Scope of Position

Learning & Development Specialist is the systematic shaping of the instructional experience to meet the specific needs of workplace learning projects, primarily focused on James Staff. The instructional designer functions as a member of the James Operational Excellence team and supports the development, design, utilization, and evaluation of educational processes and resources that incorporate the latest technological advances while focusing on learning objectives and project goals.

Position Summary

The Learning & Development Specialist supports administrators, organizational leaders, educators, and content experts in the development of educational activities to facilitate workplace learning for James staff. Key functions include the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of learning solutions that align to adult learning principles and organizational strategy. The primary work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with expansion of hours and evening/night and weekend work as necessary.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
