Income Tax Clerk Location: Marysville, Ohio (Fully Onsite) Pay Range: $20 $22 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Income Tax Clerk to support daily tax operations, payments, and customer service functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Process income tax payments, refunds, and filings accurately and in a timely manner Assist taxpayers in person and over the phone with questions regarding returns, payments, forms, and account status Review tax documents for completeness and compliance Perform data entry and maintain accurate tax records in internal systems Prepare correspondence, notices, and documentation as needed Support audits by organizing and verifying tax information Handle mail processing, scanning, and filing Perform general office duties and support the department as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in tax, finance, accounting, or municipal office preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and data-entry systems Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive tax information Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite full-time EB-...
