As a Full Service Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch financial services to our clients while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage journal entries, financial statements, and month-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records in QBO and other accounting software
• Handle taxes, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable
• Support customer retention efforts through effective bookkeeping and financial management

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and general ledger maintenance
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
• Strong administrative skills with a focus on file management
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of additional accounting software
• Experience with customer relationship management
• Advanced Excel skills

Salary and Benefits:

This position is 20-40 hour contractor postion that pays $30-35 per hour, along with flexible schedules and the opportunity to work from home.
