Hotel Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals

Key duties include market research, implementing promotions, managing budgets, and representing the hotel at industry events to increase brand visibility and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, identify new markets, and set revenue goals.
• Sales & Business Development: Prospect for new accounts, maintain existing client relationships (corporate, groups, travel agents), conduct site tours, and close deals.

It offers a unique marketing position as the only Mediterranean hotel in Prescott as well as one of the few independent boutique hotels. In 2017 we brought in a new General Manager with high-end hotel operations and development experience and have been refreshing aspects of the hotel since. In 2020, we won The Prescott Office of Tourism’s Award for Excellence in Hospotality and Tourism. Located 4.5 miles from the downtown district, our hotel sits conveniently at the edge of Prescott and Prescott Valley. We have meeting and event space and specialize in smaller, more intimate groups and events of 50 people or less.
