ETL Developer

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in enterprise data warehouse ETL development.
• Proficiency in IBM DataStage, Python, and PySpark for complex data integration.
• Experience with Snowflake cloud data platform and AWS Glue managed services.
• Experience in SQL development and advanced database programming for analytics.
• Experience with migrating on-premises data environments to AWS or Azure public clouds.
• Experience in leading technical teams and documenting full SDLC processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer scalable ETL solutions for enterprise-level data warehouse architectures.
• Translate business requirements and data mapping documentation into detailed technical designs.
• Develop and maintain robust code using IBM DataStage and Python on AWS EC2.
• Execute comprehensive unit test plans and support system-wide regression testing efforts.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues found during testing or production cycles.
• Mentor junior developers on technical standards and data warehousing best practices.
• Define future state roadmaps and lead the technical execution of cloud data initiatives.
