Responsibilities
- Perform assigned analytical tasks in support of product development, registration lot release, and pre/post regulatory submission activities.
- Ensure activities are completed within assigned timelines and in compliance with cGXP standards, as well as company practices and procedures.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and company practices diligently.
- Document analytical activities and results accurately, timely, and maintain data integrity.
- Follow written analytical procedures and identify execution challenges in analytical methods, supporting troubleshooting activities.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in dilutions and sample preparation.
- Strong in biochemistry and chemistry.
- Quality control and chemical testing expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field is a must.
- Ability to work with supervision using scientific judgment and professional competency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
- Candidates with degrees in Biology, Microbiology, Physics, Environmental Science, or Pharmaceutical Science will be considered if they have strong chemistry lab experience.
- Prior lab experience is required, which can be academic or from external work.
- Strongly prefer candidates with lab experience outside of academia.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
