Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our community. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls in accordance with facility procedures; take and relay accurate messages
Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner; assist with inquiries and needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area; restock supplies and materials as needed
Provide directions and connect individuals with appropriate departments or personnel
Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document organization
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with tracking facility keys and coordinating manager schedules
Provide support with leasing activities, as needed
Respond to and assist with resident requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months of general office or administrative experience, preferably in a customer service-focused role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems
Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
