MWC Legal Group is looking to hire an experienced associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience practicing within our fields of focus.

Our firm provides the following services to our clients: simple to complex estate planning; probate and trust administration; individual income tax preparation, fiduciary income tax preparation, estate and gift tax preparation; guardianships; special needs planning; transactional and entity formation services for family/closely held businesses; transactional real estate work; elder law; fiduciary litigation and other contested probate/guardianship court proceedings.

We are looking to hire an attorney who is experienced and proficient with individual income tax preparation, fiduciary income tax preparation, estate and gift tax preparation, and any additional areas of practice within our fields of focus. The volume of work currently available at the firm demands the addition of an experienced attorney capable of immediately and independently handling a case load in one or more of these areas.  However, the applicant should have robust tax-related experience and should also have started the process of establishing their own client base and possess the entrepreneurial drive to continue that process by making and developing connections with professional partners, the community, and other avenues of business development.
