Process Engineer

Engineering team and are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to lead new model development and capital equipment projects across assembly, paint, and weld operations.

If you enjoy taking projects from concept → installation → launch, this is a great opportunity to work on high-impact manufacturing programs.

• Lead new model & capital project planning
• Perform layout optimization & impact analysis
• Manage projects through design, procurement, install, and launch
• Support equipment trials, safety checks, and process validation
• Drive quality, productivity, and cost improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams & global vendors

• Experience with capital equipment or new model development
• Strong skills in AutoCAD + 3D modeling (CATIA, Inventor, etc.)
• Ability to own projects and hit KPI-driven deadlines
• Comfortable working onsite + travel (up to 20%)
• Engineering degree OR equivalent hands-on experience
