Greenscapes Landscape is seeking a Landscape Manager to oversee our commercial lawn care and landscaping operations in Louisville and Southern Indiana. As a leader in the industry, we offer a wide range of services including ground maintenance, landscaping, tree services, and snow removal for corporate offices, hospitals, municipalities, and homeowners associations. Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise landscaping projects
• Manage a team of landscapers and ensure quality workmanship
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, pruning, fertilizing, and mowing
• Oversee irrigation systems and hardscape installations
• Ensure proper care of lawns and landscapes

Required Skills:

• Experience in landscape management
• Knowledge of horticulture and landscaping techniques
• Ability to perform landscape maintenance tasks
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in snow removal and pest control
• Knowledge of building maintenance and painting
• Ability to conduct inspections and estimates
• Background checks for employees

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in landscape construction and installation

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $46,210.00

Maximum Salary: $62,440.00
