• 24 hour call shifts up to 8 per month including 2 weekends
• patients per shift with 80% call back rate
• Hospital setting with 350 deliveries annually
• Must respond to STAT C sections within 15 minutes
• OBGYN group handles approximately 50% of deliveries
• No VBAC procedures and no deliveries under 35 weeks
• No NICU available at facility
• NRP and BLS certification required
