Morton Dental Partners is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Dental Assistant or Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our thriving, technology-driven practice in beautiful Brentwood, TN! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership-focused role while working alongside two experienced doctors in a well-established, fast-paced office that values teamwork, growth, and excellence in patient care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical excellence and leadership , and is passionate about mentoring others and helping the practice run efficiently.

• Monday Thursday: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
• Enjoy long weekends every week!

• Provide advanced chairside assisting and EFDA duties (as permitted by certification)
• Support dentists during a wide range of procedures
• Take dental radiographs and perform expanded functions where applicable
• Help lead and support the dental assisting team
• Assist with training and onboarding of new assistants
• Maintain efficient clinical workflows and high standards of care
• Ensure treatment rooms and instruments meet sterilization and safety protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

• EFDA certification or strong experience as a Lead Dental Assistant
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A positive, proactive attitude
